Our 6-Week (2 hours/week) Leadership Development Program focuses on helping leaders identify their blind spots, align their skills and behaviors and apply tools that will help them more effectively lead people.  This Program also provides a safe place for leaders to discuss personal experiences and concerns and receive support, encouragement, and advice specific to their leadership roles. By the end of our time together, you will have an increased confidence level, a broadened perspective, and an enhanced toolkit to help you navigate complexities along your leadership journey.
