Leadership is heavy, and too many leaders are carrying it alone. I created The BE LED Group because leaders deserve a safe place to grow, be sharpened, and be supported. After decades of developing leaders across industries, I’ve seen the impact of clarity, confidence, and relational intelligence, not just on leaders, but on the people and cultures they influence.

We are living in a leadership era unlike any before it.
AI is advancing rapidly, reshaping how we work and how decisions are made. It’s a powerful tool, and it’s here to stay. But even with all its innovation, AI cannot replace the heart, wisdom, or emotional intelligence of a human leader.

AI can process information, but it cannot build trust. It can generate insights, but it cannot inspire people. It can support decisions, but it cannot lead humans through change. That responsibility and that privilege still belong to people. And that is why the need for equipped, confident, emotionally intelligent leaders is more important than ever. Leaders must know how to navigate complexity, communicate with clarity, and create cultures where people feel seen, valued, and supported.

My conviction is simple:
To equip, encourage, and empower leaders to lead with intention, integrity, and grace, and to help organizations foster a culture where people and performance thrive, no matter how technology evolves.

Crystal Sauls

Operations Support

Crystal Sauls serves as the Administrative Operations Manager of the Be Led Group and has been with the organization since its inception. She brings a diverse professional background in healthcare, banking, administration, and event planning, which allows her to support operations with organization, care, and strong attention to detail. In her role, Crystal helps coordinate daily administrative functions, strengthen internal processes, and support the team’s ability to serve clients with excellence. She is passionate about seeing leaders grow into their purpose and gain the confidence to make a meaningful impact through service, leadership, and community engagement across every area she supports.

Angela M. Marshall

Operations Support

Angela M. Marshall is a certified life coach, entrepreneur, and leadership development professional with a passion for empowering leaders to grow with purpose and confidence. With over 25 years of experience as a business owner, she brings a grounded, practical perspective to leadership, rooted in both lived experience and academic excellence.

 

Angela holds an Associate of Arts in Business Management, a Bachelor of Science in Management Science, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctorate in Theology (Th.D.).

Her leadership development journey was shaped by industry leaders including the late Dr. Joe L. Dudley Sr., Dr. John C. Maxwell, and Dr. Sonja Stribling. As a BE LED Ambassador, Angela actively supports The BE LED Group's operations and mission, believing wholeheartedly that every leader must BE LED.

Felicia S. Dortch

Consultant/Coach

Felicia Dortch, MPH, BSN, RN, CCM, is an accomplished Executive Healthcare Leadership Facilitator with more than 25 years of experience in nursing, population health, care management, and healthcare transformation. Known for her dynamic and engaging leadership style, she equips healthcare professionals, executives, and emerging leaders with practical strategies to strengthen team performance, improve patient outcomes, and drive organizational excellence.

 

Felicia’s expertise includes value-based care, health equity, community engagement, and leadership development. Her passion for empowering others, combined with extensive operational and clinical experience, creates impactful learning environments that inspire innovation, collaboration, accountability, and compassionate leadership across diverse healthcare and community settings.

David Mobley

Consultant/Coach

David Mobley is a seasoned educator, leadership developer, and financial professional with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and confidence. Known for his relational approach and practical insight, David blends strategic leadership with an authentic, people-first presence.

 

He previously served as a Leadership Development Consultant with Publix Super Markets, where he became a certified trainer in The Oz Principle: Culture of Accountability and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, equipping leaders to strengthen performance and culture. He also served as a Program Manager with Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, supporting leadership initiatives at scale.

Dr. Tracy Hunt

Consultant/Coach

Dr. Tracy Hunt is a licensed professional counselor, clinical supervisor, professor, and accomplished clinical administrator dedicated to promoting mental and emotional wellness across diverse populations. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Dr. Hunt is deeply committed to addressing the unique needs of individuals and communities through innovative, equitable, and person-centered care.

Dr. Hunt currently serves as President of the Maryland Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (MACES), following more than six years of board service, and holds a division leadership role within the Maryland Counseling Association (MCA), where she advances professional advocacy, leadership development, and counseling education across the state.

Marcelletta Badger

Consultant/Coach

Marcelletta Badger is passionate about inspiring others to be fully present in every aspect of life—work, family, and personal fulfillment. She is known for fostering innovation, trust, and authentic connection through her unique ability to balance strategic thinking with creative, forward-focused insight. Grounded in mindfulness and backed by extensive healthcare expertise, Marcelletta brings a holistic and compassionate approach to coaching, leadership, and personal development. She views every interaction with clients, colleagues, family, and friends as an opportunity for meaningful connection, growth, and transformation.

A registered nurse with more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Marcelletta has served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including case management and executive healthcare leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration. In addition, she is credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
